Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best way to search the FAQs?

To get the best results from searching the FAQs, try to limit your keywords to one or two terms. There's no need to search in question format, and this will actually return more results than are relevant. Also, don't worry about properly capitalizing your searches or using any sort of punctuation (including quotation marks): these won't enhance your search results.

For example, if you're wondering where to send your application, search for words like "address" or "mail" or "send." Searching for "Where do I send my application?" will yield dozens of results.

Just so you know, we study the FAQ searches frequently to better understand user interests. This allows us to add new questions and enhance this feature.
