How can I stay fit while at Ithaca College?

Our Fitness Center offers a great selection of aerobics classes and an impressive array of workout equipment, and it's almost entirely free. (There is a small fee for group cycling, massage, Pilates, tai chi, yoga, and personal training.)

You also have the option of participating in intercollegiate, intramural, club, or recreational sports. You can also take advantage of this region's magnificent outdoors by running, hiking, swimming, cycling, skiing, and snowboarding.

And you can also get credit for your fitness ambitions: our Physical Activity, Leisure, and Safety (PALS) courses include scuba diving, field archery, snowboarding, golfing, aerobic dancing, and more.
