Join us for an interactive online panel discussion with industry experts about the best practices and personal experiences proven to contribute to student success in college—and beyond!

Moderator: Traci Hughes ‘85 is a member of the Ithaca College Board of Trustees and former vice president of human resources Europe at Colgate-Palmolive. After earning her degree from IC's School of Business, she earned her MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. As a student at IC she served in multiple leadership roles.


Jeff Selingo ’95 is a New York Times bestselling author, regular contributor to The Atlantic, and co-host of the podcast "FutureU." His book Who Gets In & Why: A Year Inside College Admissions was among the New York Times’ 100 Notable Books of the year in 2020. He is also a member of the Ithaca College Board of Trustees

Christine Cruzvergara is chief education strategy officer at Handshake, which partners with Ithaca College and more than a thousand other colleges and universities to increase student success and improve employment outcomes.

Elizabeth Bleicher is a scholar, strategist, and advocate for greater student engagement and empowerment in their own college experience. Professor of English and former director of Ithaca College’s distinctive Exploratory Program, she currently serves as Interim Director of Student Success and Retention at Ithaca College.
