Do I need to take a math course to graduate?

That will depend on your math placement group, your QL score, and what major you choose. All students in the ICC will take a quantitative literacy course. This is a course that requires you to know how to apply numbers and it may or may not be a math course. For example Microeconomics and Macroeconomics are both Quantitative Literacy courses, but they do not have a course prefix of MATH.

Your faculty advisor or a professional academic advisor can help you understand your math placement test scores and how they relate to your major requirements and the ICC.
