Jagrit Dhingra, a Computer Science major from India, is deeply committed to academic support, community engagement, and fostering inclusive spaces on campus. He serves as a Peer Educator at the BIPOC Unity Center, where he supports students from diverse backgrounds, and as a Peer Tutor at the Center for Student Success, helping peers navigate academic challenges. Additionally, he works for SASP, contributing to initiatives that ensure a safe and supportive environment for students, promoting their well-being and success.
Beyond academics, Jagrit has co-founded the Ithaca Badminton and Pickleball Club, creating opportunities for students to engage in recreational sports. He also serves as the Executive Director of the IC Astronomy Club, organizing events that bring students together to explore the wonders of the universe. As the Vice President of the South Asian Student Association, he plays a key role in celebrating and promoting South Asian culture on campus, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students.
