Fall 2017 Semester Arrival Tips
Ship items to your known college address or to:

Ithaca, NY 14850.
An e-mail is sent to your college account stating that you have a package to pick up and where the package is located.
Show your college ID and sign for your package. You must provide your own transportation for large packages.
Hours of operation for package pick up at the Phillips Hall Post Office, Bogart, Circle Apartments and the Mail Center
Phillips Hall-Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday, August 26 & August 27 10:30am - 4:45pm
Saturday September 2, 10:30am - 4:45pm
Mail Center Monday-Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm
Saturday-Sunday August 26 & August 27 10:30am - 4:45pm
Saturday September 2, 10:30 - 4:45pm
Bogart Mail Room for Emerson, Garden and Bogart residents
Monday-Friday, 11am - 4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday August 26 & August 27 11am-4:30pm

Circle Apartments Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm Saturday during semester 11am - 2pm

We will be closed Monday September 4th to observe the Labor Day Holiday.
All packages will receive email notifications. We have carts you can borrow to transport items to your dorm room. We require you to leave a form of ID with us while you have a cart.
Do not send mail or packages for guaranteed Saturday delivery. We are not open on Saturdays to accept this mail.
Couriers are not permitted to deliver or pick up mail from Residence Halls. Out going packages must be brought to either Phillips Hall before 2:30pm or the Mail Center before 3:15pm .
