Effective at the end of last semester, the Center for Print Production discontinued the practice of driving around campus to pick up hard copy print requests. Instead, WebCRD is now used for all print submissions. Since that time some concerns have been raised about poor image quality on scanned to email documents by the campus.

We have encountered PDF documents that print incorrectly with fonts and sizes that are substituted or resized from the original document. This occurs when a PDF is attached after logging in to WebCRD. In these cases, the fonts are not embedded in the PDF document that has been attached but the preview will look fine. The best way to ensure that your documents print correctly is to only submit using the SurePDF driver.

Print Orders paid for at Print Services or WebCRD Orders paid with ID Express and placed on or after Wednesday 8/26/15 will have the option of a Library Pick up from the Circulation Desk.  On WebCRD in the shipping information section, there will be the selection “ship to Library” at the bottom of the drop down menu.  You will receive an email when the order has been delivered to the Library.  The turnaround time will be 24 to 72 hours.

We accept cash, check, credit or ID Express at the Print Center which is open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

WebCRD orders must include your ID number and you must have money in the account.  Use one of the kiosks at the Campus Center or Library to load money onto your ID card.  Print orders sent to the Library must be pre-paid.

Paper swatchbooks are now available in the WebCRD IC Office Catalog and the IC Inventory folder.  The books include 54 samples from our paper inventory.  Swatchbooks are $2.00.
