Do you worry about how you are being perceived? Are you having difficulty relating to others? This interpersonal process group focuses on releasing feelings about distressing experiences, developing insights about interpersonal patterns through support and feedback, and creating connections and trust leading to more fulfilling interpersonal relationships. Open to all students. These groups meet weekly and require a semester commitment.
Understanding Self & Others SPRING 2024
- Mondays 1:10-2:40pm in the CAPS group room, with Stephanie Nevels & John Witkiewicz
- Wednesdays 11-12:30pm in the CAPS group room, with Rebecca Creamer & Amy Whitney
- Thursdays 1-2:30pm in the CAPS group room, with Pourcher Crawley Leah Murphy
