I began working part-time at CAPS in 2014 and moved to the position of full-time counselor in the Fall of 2016. I have a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work and a bachelor of fine arts degree in dramatic performance from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. My previous clinical experiences have been in college counseling centers, outpatient mental health clinics, and inpatient hospitals with a diverse population of students and adults. Although trained as a generalist, I have particular interests in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and sexuality. My therapeutic style integrates relational, creative art, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I currently meet with students for both individual and group counseling. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, seeing theater, and playing soccer.
