Due to the various staffing limitations amongst the service providing departments, the ongoing COVID-19 risks, and decreased budget dollars across the board, we are asking that all (faculty/staff/student) event requests and meetings requiring services be submitted via the In-Person Event Request form at least three weeks in advance.

By submitting this request, it is understood by the individual that the event and event space(s) are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation e-mail from the Event Approval Committee.
