Standardized Name Badges Available for Order

Earlier this spring the Office of Marketing Communications selected a single vendor and created templates so that professional name badges could be made for the campus. All staff members involved with admission programming this spring were provided with the new name badges.

The Office of Marketing Communications has now launched an online order form and process so that name badges may be ordered from our website at The name badges are brushed metal with a magnetic backing. There are two types of name badges, both of which display the primary institutional logo:

  • Imprinted badges that allow for up to three lines of text for name, title, and department or school (There is a limit of 36 characters per line including spaces, so it may be necessary to abbreviate titles or department names.)
  • Blank, slotted badges that can be reused with laser printed inserts (A template and perforated sheets for the inserts will be provided.)

The Division of Enrollment and Communication is currently covering the cost for most name badge orders. To order name badges for members of your department, please fill out the form on the Office of Marketing Communications website. Orders will be batched and placed monthly to reduce per badge costs.
