As a new member of the IC community you have access to a variety of campus computing and networking resources. Just a few of these resources are:
- Parnassus (the Financial Services and Human Resources system for all employees)
- Homer (the Student Information System)
- E-mail (everyone automatically gets an e-mail account)

Intercom is the online announcement and news service for the campus community. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday you'll receive an Intercom "Round-up" e-mail with a list of headlines about the latest announcements. DIIS often posts to the Technology section, but you'll find important college announcements in many other sections of Intercom as well. Intercom is accessed through its own myHome portlet.
The myHome web portal is a customizable environment which provides faculty, staff and students with easier access to college and personal web resources. With myHome, you sign in once and have access to Outlook Web App (email), Intercom, Sakai and many other services all from a single sign in.
