The ICare Team is a collaborative, small, and confidential work group charged with evaluating and providing timely responses to reported behaviors of concern observed in students and offer interventions that will aid in their academic and personal success.

The team meets regularly and will initiate interventions that promote safety, offer support and guidance, and encourage student use of on- or off-campus resources.  Interventions are typically initiated with the student who has demonstrated the behaviors of concernalthough interventions can also include support and outreach toward those effected by the student's behavior.

The ICare Team is composed of representatives from offices across campus, and is responsible for maintaining private records of ICare reports and interventions; these records are kept separate from a student's academic record.
