|Cross-Cultural Leadership Retreat|
|An annual retreat exploring how diversity relates to leadership|
All Ithaca College students belong to a multitude of different cultures and identities, including areas of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, and many more. This two-and-a-half day retreat explores various aspects of diversity and how those aspects relate to leadership.
The retreat takes place during the fall semester and seeks to include a group of people that come from different cultural backgrounds, including those in the "majority." Every Ithaca College student is eligible to apply and highly encouraged to do so.
During the retreat, the entire group will participate in a series of educational sessions and discuss issues as a large group, as well as engage in smaller, informal conversations.
The 15th annual CCLR will take place on November 11-13, 2016. Applications will open on September 1. Visit the CCLR page for complete information.
