If you would like to present one or more seminars at Ed Tech Day, please apply by completing the separate Vendor Seminar Application form by February 11th.

The awarding of seminar slots is competitive. A limited number of 50-minute seminar slots are available and will be allocated at the discretion of Ithaca College.

Seminar Costs

If selected, seminar slots are free to vendors who have a booth in their name in the vendor showcase. If a vendor does not have a booth, there is a $500 speaking fee per selected seminar.


In selecting seminars we will consider the subject matter and overall mix of seminar topics for the show. We will look for a variety of technical and broader issues sessions. We want a mix of sessions that will appeal to the show’s diverse audience: students, faculty, IT and non-IT staff, local businesses. Historically, the best attended sessions are ones that discuss the use or application of technology (such as in the classroom, security, etc.), as opposed to focusing on a specific product.

You will be notified via email by February 25th about the status of your seminar application. Seminars may be scheduled anytime between 9am and 3pm at the discretion of the College.
