Room Requests

SCHEDULING AND ROOM RESERVATIONS

Thank you for your interest in planning an event at Ithaca College. To begin the process, please submit the form below that is most appropriate for your event.

Student Organizations:

If you are planning an event for a registered student organization, please view location availability and submit your request via the College’s web-based scheduling application 25Live Pro four weeks prior to the proposed program.

Your request will be forwarded to the Office of Student Engagement for approval then onto the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting. After your request is approved by the appropriate Scheduler you will receive confirmation via email.

Please know that submitting your event request does not guarantee your reservation is confirmed. Once your event reservation request is approved by the appropriate scheduling authority you will receive a confirmation notice. After your event is confirmed, please contact the Office of Conference and Events Services to begin discussions with your event planner.

All details (contracts, food, audio-visual needs, and facility set-up) must be confirmed at least three weeks before the event to allow for proper preparation. Details provided will be made available to the Office of the Conference and Event Services and the Office of Student Engagement’s programming staff. Failure to cancel arrangements in advance may result in the student organization being charged for funds incurred.

Ithaca College Community Members:

Please view location availability and submit your request via the College’s web-based scheduling application 25Live Pro four weeks prior to the proposed program. Once approved, your request will be sent to the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting then you will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your event.

Please note that although a space may seem available, another reservation could be pending.
