I have enjoyed teaching health for over 20 years.  My academic history  includes a Doctorate Degree from Columbia University; Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse; and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland.  My research interests include the application of motivational interventions to increase gratitude, and other health benefits.  I am currently investigating the following:

1. Impact of increasing the existing boundaries of gratitude on mental and physical health

2. Impact of unique motivational tools on health, economy, and social change

3. Creating systems change to impact equality, access, and improved health
