The Alone Phone from Evan Spitzer on Vimeo.
Oh my godddd, I think about this sort of stuff all the time.
When I'm in awkward situations where I don't know anyone i'm surrounded by, I consciously make the effort to get out and start some sort of conversation with anyone...about ANYTHING. I mean, it's so much easier to fake look at your phone, but its so much more enriching to meet somebody new everyday.
How is it, the technology that is created to bring people together, further separates us from each other?...and ourselves? This is the great conundrum of the information age in which we live.
