There are currently approximately 1,700 staff and faculty employees in full-time and part-time positions. In addition to the consultation, information and direct services provided for department managers, the Office of Human Resources offers a wide variety of services to current and prospective employees of the College.

A particular advantage to working at Ithaca College is the access to knowledge you gain from both formal classes and free resources.  As an employee of Ithaca College you can enroll in the tuition remission program, which allows you take college course for free.  So not only can you be working for Ithaca College, you an also be working on a college degree at the same time.

Tuition remission is only one of our many development services.  At the Employee & Organizational Development department we can help you set both personal and professional goals and provide you with the support you need to bring those goals into fruition.  There are also a number of workshops and programs that you can request if you are looking to develop a specific skill or gain a particular knowledge.  We also encourage individual thinking and development, if you are curious about a program outside of Ithaca College that will help you do your job better, you can contact Employee Development and apply for an individual development grant.  For more information please visit the Employee & Organizational Development page
