CITY INTERNSHIPS (NY, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Miami, LA, San Francisco and more!)

Check web site for deadlines (early February 2018 for some cities)

In the six years since CI’s launch in 2011, we have helped launch more than a thousand careers. We’ve grown from one city to eighteen across five countries; we’ve grown from exclusively financial services to an additional eight industries; we’ve gone from one program to three program types and now, we’ve rebranded from City Internships to CI.

The Arts Intern Program is now accepting applications for paid summer internships for summer 2018. Arts Intern supports engaging, challenging, career-building internships at cultural organizations in New York, Boston, Cleveland, Philadelphia, and Providence. Internships last nine weeks and interns work 28 hours a week. Interns will be paid $12.00 per hour, except for cities in which local laws dictate a higher rate.

Participating institutions include:

  • El Museo del Barrio
  • MoMA PS1
  • The Rubin Museum of Art
  • Studio Museum in Harlem
  • Brooklyn Children's Museum
  • The Frick Collection
  • The Barnes Collection
  • Shofuso Japanese House and Garden
