Advanced Fieldwork and Internships in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies

Recreation and Leisure Studies (RLS) offers two majors:

  • Outdoor Adventure Leadership
  • Therapeutic Recreation

All RLS students are required to complete an experiential learning experience by enrolling in either Advanced Fieldwork (RLS 34900) for 8-9 credits or Internship in Recreation and Leisure Services (RLS 44100) for 8-12 credits depending on their degree program year and the number of credits required.
