Presenters Pat Montanez and Edina Williams-Batar from the Franziska Racker Centers will focus on issues related to aging and people with disabilities, including supporting people with disabilities as they age in their home environment and helping seniors stay connected to one another and to the wider community. In addition, Montanez — director of residential services and program development at the Racker Centers — and Williams-Batar — senior opportunity development facilitator — will discuss how building connections within the community lends valued resources to seniors.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Denise Wells, outreach and engagement coordinator, at (607) 274-1607 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for accommodations should be made as soon as possible.
