Modular furniture allows the room to be configured in many ways to support active learning. 

Located in Friends 110c the Flexible Learning Lab is designed to meet the learning needs of students. With the ability to create zones of learning, students can work independently, in small or large groups and share their work to dedicated monitors or project to the large ClearTouch display.

Here are a few highlights on the Friends 110c Classroom: 

  • Flexible/mobile furniture – on casters 

  • Seating for 24 

  • Four wall-mounted displays for group work 

  • One large 96" interactive Clear Touch display 

  • Web camera and microphones for web conferencing 

  • Podium/teaching station 

  • Multiple outlets/charging stations 

  • Laptop Check-out Station

Faculty, staff, and students can reserve this room for classes, meetings, workshops, and group sessions through 25Live.  Faculty who would like to pilot teaching in this room during the semester should contact Stu Fegely in the Registrar's Office to make a semester-long reservation.
