Work closely with the Business Services team to provide customer service and support for IT full-time staff. Responsible for other clerical duties such as answering the phones, responding to emails, data entry, and other projects as assigned. In addition to these tasks, BSAs work collaboratively to develop and implement a communication strategy for IT through printed and digital platforms. The team is responsible for promoting IT services, events, and information to Ithaca College students, faculty, and staff.

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
