Updates to departmental mail deliveries and pickups

For Fall 2021, IC Mail Service is striving to resume DAILY delivery and pickup services to departments. 

Beginning Wed 7/28, and during the the last few weeks of summer, the Mail Service team will be conducting daily departmental deliveries to reestablish, evaluate and improve best practices ahead of the full semester start.

What departments can expect:

  • All departments will receive DAILY weekday service
  • Mail deliveries and pickups will continue to the same locations we have served throughout the past year
  • When packages are delivered to departments, the recipient on the package will continue to receive automated delivery notification(s) via email 

EXCEPTION - FRIDAYS July 30 and Aug 6

NO DELIVERIES - Mail Service is closed these last two dates per the College's Summer' 21 schedule. Regular Friday service will resume on Aug 13.
