Information Technology System Maintenance

IT System Maintenance - September 24th

On Friday, September 24th, IT will be performing a systems upgrade affecting access to Homer / Banner, ECM (IC Workflow, Nolij / NolijWeb), and DegreeWorks. These systems will be unavailable starting at 4:30 pm that afternoon. This is a key infrastructure upgrade of several Oracle databases, necessary to ensure ongoing service and support for these applications.

HomerConnect and Homer Admin will be unavailable at this time, as will many reports in Reporting Center due to the ODS being offline during the upgrade. Document access in NolijWeb will be restricted. Additionally, form and workflow access through IC Workflow will be limited, and key forms, such as the Daily Screening form, will be unavailable.

We expect all systems to be back online shortly after midnight.
