Re-enrollment for 2022 benefits will run from Monday, October 18 through Friday, October 29, 2021. All benefit-eligible employees are encouraged to complete the online benefit re-enrollment process via IC HR Cloud as early as possible but before the October 29 deadline. Due to payroll processing, the system will not be available for re-enrollment starting on Tuesday 10/26/2021. The system will be available again on Thursday 10/28/2021.
Anyone who does not re-enroll by the deadline will automatically be defaulted to his or her current 2021 benefit elections with the exception of any contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). These accounts will be automatically defaulted to $0 for 2022 if you do not re-enroll.
Due to regulatory requirements, Aetna will be reissuing new ID cards for all active/enrolled employees and dependents for 2022. We encourage you to attend one of the Benefits Enrollment Sessions and review your Benefits Re-Enrollment Guide for more details on benefits changes prior to making your elections.
The Benefits Enrollment Sessions with Viewing Rooms will be held on:
- Tuesday, Oct. 19th @ 12 PM | (Friends 205 Viewing Room)
- Wednesday, Oct. 20 @ 2 PM | (Job 160 Viewing Room)
- Monday, Oct. 25 @ 1 PM | (Ithaca Falls Viewing Room)
