ICTV Wins CMA Station of the Year Pinnacle Award

Ithaca College Television Honored During the Fall National College Media Convention

On Saturday, October 16th, the College Media Association (CMA) honored Ithaca College Television (ICTV) with its 2020-21 Four-Year Television Station of the Year Pinnacle Award. The announcement was made during the ACP/CMA Fall National College Media Convention. The event was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Steve Blenner '21 served as ICTV Station Manager during the 2020-2021 academic year.

Per collegemedia.org, CMA's Pinnacle Awards honor the best college media organizations and individual work. The contest is open to student work produced for any college media organization, including print, broadcast and online outlets, during an academic year. 

ICTV is Ithaca College's student-operated television production organization serving 26,000 Tompkins County cable households with a variety of community oriented programming. The station's programming includes news, sports, entertainment and scripted shows. ICTV airs locally on Spectrum Channel 16 and also streams at ictv.org.
