Hello!
My name is Hope Borsic, I am a junior and the President of Ithaca College Big Brother Big Sisters (BBBS). As an organization we partner with the Ithaca Youth bureau and the Tompkins county chapter of BBBS to provide local youth with college and adult mentors. Our goal for this semester is to provide every matched mentor and mentee with goodie boxes of supplies too make their time together more fun and meaningful. Intergenerational mentorship is vital for not only the kids involved but also the college students who get the opportunity to mentor and be involved in the community. We are in need of shoe boxes to wrap up, decorate and hand out to the matched Bigs and Littles before Christmas.
