December Late Departure Form Available Now!

Attention students! Residence Halls will close at 3:00pm on Thursday, December 16, 2021. Students are required to vacate their rooms prior to this time unless they receive written approval to remain from the Office of Residential Life.

Students with travel plans which require them to leave later than the published closing date, please submit the Late Departure Request Form on IC Workflow. Approval is not guaranteed, and no one can stay beyond 12 noon on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Late Departure requests should be submitted by Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in order to be reviewed prior to closing.

Circle and Garden Apartment students who are living in the SAME room for the fall and spring semesters and need to stay beyond December 16th, please complete the Winter Break Registration Form on IC Workflow.

Unapproved students who are found in a residence hall room/apartment after the date and time at which they were expected to check out are subject to a $100.00 unauthorized presence fine.
