Our most beloved celebration is ON, but we are waiting until everyone is back on campus! Even though Tu B'shevat has passed while we were on break, we HAVE to celebrate... we just love it so much!   What is Tu B'shevat? Tu B'Shvat is a Jewish holiday occurring on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Shevat. It is also called Rosh HaShanah La'Ilanot, literally 'New Year of the Trees'. In contemporary Israel, the day is celebrated as an ecological awareness day, and trees are planted in celebration. On our campus we celebrate by planting the cutest little succulents, eating special holiday foods from Kosher Korner, and getting on Zoom to do some fun eco-Jewish text study.

Sign up here is required to reserve your cute little plant, the pot, and dirt to give it a home! Plus, some amazing treats to add to your Jewish learning experience! Sign up by filling out this form!
