Information Technology is replacing the tool used to manage your Netpass password with a new system called Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) on May 25, 2022

You must enroll in the new password reset tool – which is called Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) - by May 25th to be able to reset your password at a future time without contacting the IT Service Desk.

The College is changing the utility that is used to reset passwords for your Ithaca College Netpass login account. The current password change/reset utility (Netpass Manager) will no longer be available after May 25, 2022.

Please note: There is NO CHANGE to your college login account or current password – only the utility used to change your password is changing.

To enroll in SSPR for your IC account (and for other password-related information), go to https://www.ithaca.edu/information-technology/passwords

After enrolling, if you ever forget your password, you’ll be able to reset it by clicking "Can't access your account?" or by clicking “Forgot my password” on any Microsoft Office sign-in page. Your new IC password will sync across most systems within a few minutes.

If you don’t enroll by May 25th and you forget your password after that date, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.   Any questions should be directed to the Information Technology Service Desk.
