IC AAUP Faculty Survey

By Dan Breen, May 10, 2022

The Ithaca College chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) invites all IC faculty to respond to an online survey focusing on faculty working conditions.  A link to the survey will be emailed directly to all faculty members, and the survey will remain open until Saturday, May 21.

The survey is completely anonymous and respondents may answer as few or as many questions as they choose.  It should take no more than 6-8 minutes.

The aim of the survey is for the IC AAUP chapter to learn more about faculty concerns in order to better understand what needs we can help address in the short term, and what we might prioritize as structural goals for the chapter.

We realize, of course, that faculty are incredibly busy at this time of year.  However, in order to serve Ithaca College faculty as best we can, we feel it is important to begin with a sense of what matters most:  what are the faculty's concerns; what are the faculty's needs; and what does the faculty think is going well?

If you do not receive a link to the survey by the end of the day today but would like to fill one out, please feel free to contact Dan Breen, the IC AAUP chapter president, at dbreen@ithaca.edu, or contact the chapter at icaaup@gmail.com
