  • Emergency Contact
    • Primary
    • Alternate
    • Other
  • Other:
    • Gender
    • Phone Number
    • Religious/Spiritual Preference
    • Marital Preference
  • Chosen or Preferred First Name

Then do we have the forms for you!

Fun Fact!  Want to check to see if you need to update any information?  Go to apps.ithaca.edu and select Homer.  When you're in Homer, select "My Personal Information" on your profile page.

Chosen or Preferred First Name Change

Start at apps.ithaca.edu:

  • Select "IC Workflow"
  • Select the "Chosen or Preferred First Name Change" form.
  • Complete the form

Please note: this is not the form you would use for a Legal name change.  The name of the form you would use to update your Legal name is "Legal Name Change", also in IC Workflow.

For All Other Changes:

Start at apps.ithaca.edu:

  • Select "IC Workflow"
  • Select the "Update HomerConnect Profile Information" form.

Hint: Enter "Update" in the search feature in IC Workflow and select the "Update HomerConnect Profile Information" form.

Select any and all areas you need to update.  The form will provide you the opportunity to make all updates at once without having to submit multiple forms.
