OT Student Seeks Female Cancer Survivors for Survey

An Ithaca College occupational therapy graduate student is seeking research participants for a survey on the mental health of women who have a past or present history of reproductive organ cancer (breast, ovarian, uterine, etc.).

If you are over 18 years old, identify as a woman, and have past or present history of female reproductive organ cancer, please consider taking this 15-20 minute survey or sharing this link with a friend or family member. Survey closes December 1, 2022.

Results will be included in an IC OT grad student’s thesis entitled: I AM WOMAN: Self-esteem, Self-efficacy, and Occupational Performance in Women with Female Reproductive Organ Cancer.

Gathering this information will help inform the profession of occupational therapy to describe the self-esteem and self-efficacy of women with female reproductive organ cancers based on their demographics, cancer type, and treatment variables.  Again, please consider taking this survey or sending it to the women in your life to be part of this important research on female reproductive organ cancers.

If you have any questions, please email the primary investigator at ltasnady@ithaca.edu.
