Observing Ramadan with Ithaca College Dining
Ramadan begins the evening of Wednesday, March 22nd 2023.
IC Dining has the following resources for those on campus who are observing this month of fasting.
In conjunction with ORSL and MSA, arrangements have been made at Terrace Dining Hall. Kosher Korner will stay open past their regularly scheduled closing time of 7:00 pm and remain open until 8:30 pm to serve the IC Muslim community.
Kosher Korner is Halal certified by Etimad Halal.
A selection of freshly prepared, hot food options will be offered to break the fast for all those that choose to partake. Should you prefer to take your food with you, one-time-use, to-go containers will be available. While visiting Kosher Korner, you will also have the chance to pick up a variety of items for your Suhoor meal.
Since Terrace Dining Hall is closed on Saturdays, we will offer to-go meals on Friday night for Saturday's Iftar meals.
For all those without meal plans that want to participate, the ORSL will provide meal passes.
