The Health Promotion Committee is proud to present the next session in the Health Promotion Series "Taking Care of You"
Monday, March 24, 2003
7:00 pm
Klingenstein Lounge

How often do you get a really good night of sleep? Many college students function in a state of perpetual exhaustion. Our presenter, Dr. Mark Ivanick, Director of Saint Joseph's Hospital Sleep Disorders Clinic, will focus on the importance of sleep and how it affects our health and well-being. Signs and symptoms of sleep disorders will be discussed, as well as problems associated with untreated disorders.

Please encourage your students to join us for this worthwhile session!
