Annual Salary Review

It's that time of year again….Departments will be submitting recommendations for 2003-2004 salaries in the weeks ahead.

Information soon will be sent to faculty and staff outlining the process. We are pleased to inform you that the Board has approved funds for salary increases. During these difficult economic times with other employers experiencing layoffs, salary freezes and other budgetary constraints on compensation, we are very pleased to have a reasonable allocation of money to recognize the efforts and commitments of our dedicated staff and faculty. Our thanks to the Budget Committee, the Salary Committee and President Williams for presenting a persuasive justification for the funds to the Board of Trustees.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that Cindy Reckdenwald, Director of Compensation and Organizational Design, is scheduled to present annual review information pertaining to this year's annual review process to supervisors over the next few weeks.
