Biology Department Seminar

Contributed by Nancy Pierce on 02/17/05

February 24, 4:00 pm, CNS 112, Stewart Gray, Cornell University, will speak on "Insect transmission of viruses: It's much more than hitching a ride."

Everyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be available beforehand (3:45-4:00pm) in the first floor lobby. Please bring your own reusable mug for beverages. Reuse, reduce, recycle!

The biology department offers a seminar series each semester representing a broad range of topics in biology. These seminars are open to the entire college community. Refreshments are offered before the seminars and students are invited to meet with the speakers in a small group following the talk to ask questions related to the topic presented or to learn about different careers in biology.
