Singer-songwriter Katie Sawicki will perform on Friday, April 8, at 8:00 pm in IC Square in a concert that is free and open to the public.

Sawicki has melded the Northeast charm of a four track recorded tape, the politics of sanity, and the inviting prose of a life in Brooklyn to entertain everyone from small town gals to dive bar regulars.

Her new album Black Boots is a compilation of a new kind of genre-bending indie.

This event is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services.
