On Thursday, December 1, the theater group On the Verge will present a reading of Arcadia in the Handwerker Gallery from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Written by Tom Stoppard and directed by Claire Gleitman, the play is set at Sidley Park in Derbyshire, England during the early nineteenth century and the present day. Arcadia explores the themes of emotion versus intellect, the mystery of sex and the path of knowledge. This event is free and open to the public.
