Six members of the Ithaca Bach Ensemble performed their final concert of the year in Wellin Hall on the campus of Hamilton College on Saturday, April 28th.   Deborah Montgomery (soprano), David Parks (tenor), Wendy Herbener Mehne (flute), Nicholas DiEugenio (violin), Elizabeth Simkin (cello) and Jean Radice (harpsichord and organ) performed selections from J. S. Bach’s vast repertory, which included solo vocal arias, selections from the Musical Offering and Bach’s B minor flute sonata.

The group was awarded a release time grant to research and perform Bach’s music and the yearlong project will culminate with a recording scheduled for May 15th.
