Men’s and women’s crew have begun winter training.  There will be an information session for interested new-comers on Wednesday, January 23, at 6:15 pm at the A. & E. Center main foyer.  This session is for anyone interested in finding out more about the men's and women's rowing team.  No experience is necessary.  This sport will teach you a new skill, get you into top physical condition, send you out onto Cayuga Lake, and offer an opportunity to travel and compete on a varsity level.

This is the last chance to get on-board for the 2013 spring season.  If you can't attend the session listed above, contact a coach at or stop by the crew office, #140A, A. & E. Center.  Call us at 274-1266.  This is an opportunity to get into a life-changing activity.  Opportunity knocks!

You are invited to observe a training session in the brand new A. & E. Center pool-side stations or on the rowing machines located on the Glazer Arena concourse. Here is the upcoming schedule;

1/22 - 7-8am, women's crew at the pool.

1/23 - 4-6pm, men's crew in the A & E weight room and the Glazer Arena concourse. Women's crew at the pool at 7-9pm.

1/24 - 7-8am, women's crew at the pool.

1/28 - 7-9pm, men's crew at the pool

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact OSEMA at 274-3222.

Last call for rowing prospects! Get into shape! You are invited to join the crew for the 2013 spring semester. | 0 Comments |
