Learn How to Get Better Sleep!

Contributed by Kristen Lind

The Center for Health Promotion staff are excited to share a new, free resource for IC students to help improve their sleep. We know from research that sleep is important for us all to condense memories, regulate emotions, repair muscles after a work out, and so much more.

Students, you can now take a College Sleep Questionnaire and receive a personal feedback report with helpful information about your sleep schedule, sleep hygiene habits, and more.

Take the College Sleep Questionnaire by following this link: sleep.thecsq.com/Ithaca

The questionnaire is free and easy to use. Answer questions about your sleep schedule, how often you nap, how you feel when you wake up, etc. You can then review the report on your own or bring it with you to meet with one of the Center for Health Promotion’s certified Wellness Coaches.

For more information or to set up an appointment with a Wellness Coach email healthpromotion@ithaca.edu with your availability.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kristen Lind at klind@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3136. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
