The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce the launch of both the Performance Review Process and Annual Review Process in IC HR Cloud! This is an exciting opportunity to align our standard practices with advanced technology!
IC HR Cloud Performance Review Process:
The IC Performance Review process provides an opportunity for staff and supervisors to step back from day-to-day activities to reflect on accomplishments of the previous year. This is also a time to realize career opportunities and to set goals and expectations for future success. Overall, the Performance Review Process encourages a method for us to celebrate career performance and identify ways to further enhance our professional development.
The Office of Human Resources will host workshops designed to help both employees and supervisors complete the Performance Review process through IC HR Cloud. The following training sessions are held in the Office of Human Resources, PRWC-GL54:
Workshops for Supervisor (RSVP is required)
Workshops for Employees (RSVP is required)

The Office of Human Resources will also host a series of Drop-In hours to assist both employees and supervisors in the completion of Performance Reviews. Individuals are encouraged to stop by Peggy Ryan Williams, Garden Level, G54 – HR Training Room on Wednesdays between 1pm – 3pm, beginning April 3.

Supervisors, please note that the recommended timeline is based on the full functionality of the IC HR Cloud system. We encourage all supervisors to begin completing performance review documents in IC HR Cloud beginning on April 13.
