We are currently finishing the third week of the Annual Performance Review process and based on the recommended timeline*, employees should be finishing up completing tasks such as self-evaluations and supervisor feedback.
The recommended completion date, set in IC HR Cloud, for self-evaluations is April 12, 2019*. Self-evaluations can be completed after April 12, however IC HR Cloud will send daily reminders via email to any employee who has not yet completed a self-evaluation. These email notifications will cease upon completion of that task.
Every employee has the opportunity to provide feedback on their supervisor through the Performance Review process. This email request is sent directly from your supervisor’s supervisor and is optional for employees to complete. Please note that the feedback is viewable to your supervisor’s supervisor only. This feedback is not anonymous but it is confidential. If you choose to provide feedback on your supervisor, you can access the task through the email you received or within the Feedback Request tile in the Career and Performance icon.
For employees who are in a supervisory role, you must send your list of direct report to your supervisor. Once your supervisor has this list, they will send a request for feedback to your direct reports. For help completing these tasks, please visit our Task Instructions page.
A variety of resources are available to help both employees and supervisors complete the Performance Review process through IC HR Cloud.
