We are now entering the fourth week of the Annual Performance Review process and based on the recommended timeline*, employees can continue to finish up completing tasks such as self-evaluations and supervisor feedback, but now, supervisors should start to complete the performance review of their employees.
Reminder - Self-Evaluations:
The recommended completion date, set in IC HR Cloud, for self-evaluations was April 12*. Self-evaluations can still be completed at this time, however employees who have not completed a self-evaluation will continue to receive daily reminders via email until the task is complete.
Performance Review (completed by Supervisor):
The recommended start date for performance review documents, completed by supervisors, is April 13, 2019*. It is also recommended that the following tasks be completed by May 8:
Please note that supervisor cannot submit performance review document until the employee's self-evaluation is complete. Supervisor's will receive an email notification when as employee has submitted their self-evaluation.
New this year, supervisors do not have to submit employee performance documents to their supervisor. In other words, there is no next-level supervisor approval in IC HR Cloud. This step may still be required in your department. Please check with your supervisor on expectations.
A variety of resources are available to help both employees and supervisors complete the Performance Review process through IC HR Cloud.
