Participate in Random Acts of Kindness Week

April 22nd to the 26th, students from the HSHP school and HPPE department will be leading a Random Acts of Kindness week.

This may be a stressful time for all of us leading up to finals but the priceless joy you get from giving and receiving acts of kindness creates a chain reaction of happiness.

Participation for this event is easy: perform some simple acts of compassion for others and keep an eye out for the acts that you see in and around campus.

Submit “shout-outs” to the Instagram or twitter #RAKatIC and follow @IC_RAK to see how the kindness is truly contagious!

Acts can be as easy as holding the door open or staying after class to help your professor erase the board.

Monday through Friday students reps will be present in campus center as well as undercover in the halls with fun activities to facilitate kind acts.

The kindness won't just end after April 26th, so spread the love!
