UV radiation from the sun is the main cause of skin cancer. Head to Student Health 101 to learn more about how to stay safe.

For even more information regarding protection from the sun, head to the Hammond Health Center main entrance and check out the Counseling, Health & Wellness Outreach Center.

Right now the center features FREE sunscreen samples and information on how to protect from yourself from the sun's UV rays. Also featured are FREE tick removal kits and information on how to prevent tick borne illnesses like Lyme Disease.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kristen Lind at klind@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3136. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
