Chrissy Guest, Assistant Professor, Media Arts, Sciences, and Studies receives the University Film and Video Association’s 2019 Teaching Award. The award presentation took place during a red-carpet event on Friday, August 2nd during the UFVA annual conference.
Award Committee Chairperson, Jen Proctor, Associate Professor of Journalism and Screen Studies at University of Michigan-Dearborn wrote, “The committee was impressed with the rigor, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness of your (Guest) materials and teaching philosophy and your (Guest) work toward inclusive teaching.”
University Film and Video Association (UFVA) is an international organization where media production and writing meet history, theory and criticism. UFVA members are makers and artists, teachers and students, archivists and distributors, college departments, libraries, and manufacturers.
